Welcome to Larger Than Self! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including booking, payments, and participation in travel experiences offered by our company. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment
To confirm your booking for any travel experience, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the experience and ensures your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled date of your travel experience.
If full payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled, and any deposit paid will not be refunded.

3. Deposit and Cancellation Policy
The total cost of the expedition must be paid in full 2 months prior to the start date. In order to receive a full
refund, not including the 20% deposit, you must cancel at least 6 months prior to the first day of the tour.
Cancellation prior to 90 days will incur in 50% cancellation fee of the total booking price. Cancellation prior to
60 days will incur 60% of cancellation of the total booking price. Changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation with 30 days will incur 100% cancellation fee. If a guest does not show all costs of activity
reserved will be charged. The cancellation charges specified above represent a genuine pre-estimate of the
losses we have incurred if you cancel at particular points in time.

4. Changes to Itinerary
Larger Than Self reserves the right to modify or cancel your travel experience due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather, travel restrictions, or other logistical challenges. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or provide a full refund (minus any non-refundable costs incurred on your behalf).

5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks associated with the travel experience, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen property. Larger Than Self is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your experience.

6. Liability
By participating in any travel experience organised by Larger Than Self, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk. Larger Than Self and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the course of your experience, except as required by law.

7. Conduct
You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully during the travel experience and adhere to any instructions provided by our staff or guides. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the experience without refund.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and materials on the Larger Than Self website are the intellectual property of Larger Than Self Pty Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without prior written permission.

9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of QLD and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Larger Than Self reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed about any updates.
By booking a travel experience or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
